## What data we collect

- **Contact form**: your name, email address, subject, message and any file you choose to attach.
- **Technical data**: IP address and browser information, used only to keep the site secure and block spam.
- **Visit statistics**: aggregated, anonymous data from Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and no profiling.

The site uses no profiling or advertising cookies.

## Why, and on what legal basis

Contact form data is used only to reply to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). Technical data is used to protect the site from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest).

## Who receives the data

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed on the controller's behalf by technical providers: **Cloudflare, Inc.** (website hosting, Turnstile spam protection, email forwarding, statistics) and **Google LLC** (email inbox). These providers may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

## How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting professional relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Providers delete technical data automatically within a few days.

## Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, or to object to it, by writing to [fmarchilab@gmail.com](mailto:fmarchilab@gmail.com). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the [Garante per la protezione dei dati personali](https://www.garanteprivacy.it).
